Scribes & Scripture Conference
The Bible is the best-selling book of all time, but how do we know we can trust it? Isn’t the Bible full of errors? Didn’t scribes make mistakes while copying copies of copies? Didn’t some powerful guys meet in a backroom somewhere long ago to pick which books were in the Bible and which were out to fit their agenda?
Join us for this conference at Arizona Community Church to get answers from two rising scholars in their field. Dr. John Meade and Dr. Peter Gurry are the authors of Scribes & Scriptures: The Amazing Story of How We Got the Bible, and the directors of the Text and Canon Institute at Phoenix Seminary.
The cost is only $25 (which includes lunch). Childcare is available for only $5 per child simply to cover their lunch as well.
